1 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 to 1 packet 0 cal sweetener (I use truvia)
Mix well with spoon or mixer (for 1 serving I generally don't dirty a blender or hand mixer).
I have also added a teaspoon of sugar-free flavored syrup (meant for flavoring coffees) with good results, but too much will make the "mousse" too liquid-y. You may want to lower your amount of sweetener if you add this.
Calorie count will depend on amount of yogurt and brand of cocoa, but approximately 70 - 100 cals.
